Pools<\/strong><br \/>\na) The maximum time allowed for each match is 3 minutes.<br \/>\nb) Before the match the referee draws lots to decide which fencer has the priority at the beginning of the match.<br \/>\nc) If no hit is scored during 45 seconds in the course of the match, the signalling apparatus will be blocked, the referee calls \u2018Halt!\u2019 and awards a hit to the fencer who has the priority.<br \/>\nd) The fencers are put back on guard at the place where they were when the fight was stopped, the chronometer linked to timing the priority is reset to zero, the priority passes to the other fencer and the match restarts.<br \/>\ne) Each time a hit is awarded by the referee, single or double, the priority changes and the chronometer linked to timing the priority is reset to zero.<br \/>\nf) The priority also changes when, with the score at 4-4, a double hit is signalled.<br \/>\ng) There is no change of priority if, after a hit, there remain less than 45 seconds to fence.<br \/>\nh) If at the end of the regulation time for the match, the scores are equal, rule o.17.2.b is applied.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\"><strong>8. Individual direct elimination matches<\/strong><br \/>\na) The maximum time allowed for each match is 10 minutes.<br \/>\nb) Two pauses of 1 minute are allowed when either of the fencers reaches the scores of 5 and then 10 hits.<br \/>\nc) Before the match the referee draws lots to decide which fencer has the priority at the beginning of the match.<br \/>\nd) If no hit is scored during 45 seconds in the course of the match, the signalling apparatus is blocked, the referee calls \u2019Halt!\u2019 and awards a hit to the fencer who has the priority.<br \/>\ne) The fencers are put back on guard at the place where they were when the fight was stopped, the chronometer linked to timing the priority is reset to zero, the priority passes to the other fencer and the match restarts.<br \/>\nf) Each time a hit is awarded by the referee, single or double, the priority changes and the chronometer linked to timing the priority is reset to zero.<br \/>\ng) The priority also changes when, with the score at 14-14, a double hit is signalled.<br \/>\nh) There is no change of priority if, after a hit, there remain less than 45 seconds to fence<br \/>\ni) If at the end of the regulation time for the match, the scores are equal, rule o.24.3 is applied.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\"><strong>9. Team matches<\/strong><br \/>\na) The maximum time allowed for each relay is 3 minutes.<br \/>\nb) Before the match the referee will draw lots to decide which team has the priority at the beginning of the first relay. The priority at the beginning of each relay then alternates at the beginning of each relay.<br \/>\nc) If no hit is scored during 45 seconds in the course of the relay, the signalling apparatus is blocked, the referee calls \u2019Halt!\u2019 and awards a hit to the team which has the priority.<br \/>\nd) The fencers are put back on guard at the place where they were when the fight was stopped, the chronometer linked to timing the priority is reset to zero, the priority passes to the other fencer and the relay restarts.<br \/>\ne) Each time a hit is awarded by the referee, single or double, the priority changes and the chronometer linked to timing the priority is reset to zero.<br \/>\nf) The priority also changes when the score is 44-44 and a double hit is signalled.<br \/>\ng) There is no change of priority if, after a hit, there remain less than 45 seconds to fence.<br \/>\nh) If at the end of the regulation time for the match, the scores are equal, rule o.44.9 is applied.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\"><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\">It remains to be seen whether the proposed changes will be accepted at the FIE Congress held in Dubai on 24 and 25 November.<\/span> <span class=\"\">2017, and if accepted, it will be a big change compared to the current rules in the epee. Predla\u017eu se promjene t. 87 tehni\u010dkih pravila FIE a koje bi se odnosile na pasivnost natjecatelja u borbama ma\u010dem. Pravila o pasivnosti u disciplinama floret i sablja ne bi se mijenjala.<\/li>\n<li>Naime predla\u017ee se slijede\u0107e:<\/li>\n<li><strong>MA\u010c<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Ovo privremeno pravilo \u0107e biti testirano na svim FIE natjecanjima od 1. sije\u010dnja 2018. do kraja Svjetskog prvenstva.<\/li>\n<li><strong>7. Grupe<\/strong><br \/>\na) Maksimalno vrijeme za svaku borbu je 3 minute.<br \/>\nb) Prije borbe, sudac donosi odluku o tome koji natjecatelj ima prioritet na po\u010detku utakmice.<br \/>\nc) Ako se tijekom utakmice ne postigne pogodak tijekom 45 sekundi, signalni ure\u0111aj \u0107e biti blokiran, sudac \u0107e nazvati &#8220;Halt!&#8221; i dodjeljuje pogodak natjecatelju koji ima prioritet.<br \/>\nd) Natjecatelji se vra\u0107aju na mjesta gdje su bili kada je borba zaustavljena, kronometar povezan s vremenom borbe se vra\u0107a na nulu, prioritet prelazi na drugi natjecatelj i ponovno se pokre\u0107e.<br \/>\ne) Svaki puta kada sudac dodijeli pogodak, jednostruki ili dvostruki dolazido promjene prioriteta i kronometar povezan s vremenom prioriteta vra\u0107a se na nulu.<br \/>\nf) Prioritet se tako\u0111er mijenja kada se pri rezultatu 4-4, signalizira dvostruki udarac.<br \/>\ng) Nema promjene prioriteta ako, nakon pogotka, ostane manje od 45 sekundi za borbu.<br \/>\nh) Ako je na kraju borbe rezultat izjedna\u010den, primjenjuje se pravilo o.17.2.b.<\/li>\n<li><strong>8. Pojedina\u010dna izravna eliminacija<\/strong><br \/>\na) Maksimalno vrijeme za svaku borbu je 10 minuta.<br \/>\nb) Dvije stanke od 1 minute su dopu\u0161tene kada jedan od natjecatelja dosegne rezultate od 5 i zatim 10 pogodaka.<br \/>\nc) Prije borbe sudac odlu\u010duje koji natjecatelj ima prioritet na po\u010detku borbe.<br \/>\nd) Ako se tijekom borbe ne postigne pogodak tijekom 45 sekundi, signalni ure\u0111aj se blokira, sudac zove &#8220;Halt!&#8221; i dodjeljuje pogodak natjecatelju koji ima prioritet.<br \/>\ne) Natjecatelji se vra\u0107aju na mjesta gdje su bili kada je borba zaustavljena, kronometar povezan s vremenom borbe vra\u0107a se na nulu, prioritet prelazi drugom natjecatelju i ponovno se pokre\u0107e.<br \/>\nf) Svaki puta kada sudac dodijeli pogodak, pojedina\u010dni ili dvostruki, dolazi do promjene prioriteta i kronometar povezan s vremenom prioriteta vra\u0107aju se na nulu.<br \/>\ng) Prioritet se tako\u0111er mijenja kada se s rezultatom od 14 do 14 signalizira dvostruki pogodak.<br \/>\nh) Nema promjene prioriteta ako, nakon pogotka ostane manje od 45 sekundi za borbu<br \/>\ni) Ako je na kraju borbe rezultat izjedna\u010den, primjenjuje se pravilo o.24.3.<\/li>\n<li><strong>9. Ekipne borbe<\/strong><br \/>\na) Najve\u0107e dopu\u0161teno vrijeme za svaki relej je 3 minute.<br \/>\nb) Prije borbe sudac \u0107e odlu\u010diti koji tim ima prioritet na po\u010detku prvog releja. Prioritet na po\u010detku svakog releja zamjenjuje se na po\u010detku svakog releja.<br \/>\nc) Ako se tijekom trajanja releja ne postigne pogodak tijekom 45 sekundi, signalni ure\u0111aj je blokiran, sudac naziva &#8220;Halt!&#8221; i dodjeljuje pogodak timu koji ima prioritet.<br \/>\nd) Natjecatelji se vra\u0107aju na mjesto gdje su bili kada je borba zaustavljena, kronometar povezan s vremenom borbe se vra\u0107a na nulu, prioritet prelazi na drugog natjecatelja i relej se ponovno pokre\u0107e.<br \/>\ne) Svaki puta kada sudac dodijeli pogodak, jednostruki ili dvostruki, dolazi do promjene prioriteta i kronometar povezan s vremenom prioriteta vra\u0107aju se na nulu.<br \/>\nf) Prioritet se tako\u0111er mijenja kada je rezultat 44-44 i signalizira se dvostruki pogodak.<br \/>\ng) Nema promjene prioriteta ako, nakon pogodaka, ostane manje od 45 sekundi za ogradu.<br \/>\nh) Ako su na kraju regularnog vremena borbe rezultati jednaki, primjenjuje se pravilo o.44.9.<\/li>\n<li>Ostaje da vidimo da li \u0107e predlo\u017eene promjene biti prihva\u0107ene na FIE kongresu koji se odr\u017eava u Dubaiju 24. i 25.11. 2017, te ako se prihvate biti \u0107e to velika promjena u odnosu na dosada\u0161nja pravila u ma\u010du.
